Special Programs

Listed below are the Summer housing assignments. PPD is working hard to get the rooms ready as quickly as possible. If your room is occupied until commencement on May 28, you will not be able to move in until Monday May 29. Additional rooms will be added in the next couple days to the list of rooms occupied until commencement. Beginning on Thursday May 18, this website will be updated at least twice a day so check back often.

Picking up your key: If your room is ready, please come by the Special Programs office on the first floor of Eustis between 8:30am and 4:30pm to pick up your key. If you plan to arrive back on campus after normal business hours or on the weekend, please contact Jacques Moore (jrmoore) to arrange for your key to be left at security.

Please note that unless you will be remaining on campus during senior week, you cannot leave your belongings in your school year room and will need to make arrangements to store them in a trunk room until you return.
Exceptions to this policy may be granted on a limited basis by submitting an appeal form available at the Special Programs office in Eustis.
