Planning and Coordination
The Special Programs staff is available to assist in the planning and coordination of your event. Details such as food service/catering, housing, meeting facilities, audio visual, and recreation can be arranged. Once on campus, our staff will ensure your meeting/conference runs smoothly.
Information Desk
Located in Mary Low Hall, the Information Desk is staffed by college students and is the center of information for summer participants.
