The course tuition is $495 for registrants. All meals and lodging are available at the College for an additional $285, a fee that also covers campus recreational facilities and the lobster bake. Charges for family members, covering all of the above except seminar tuition, are as follows: spouse $199; other adults (separate room) $285, children ages 10-16, $169; children ages 3-9, $129. For retired physicians, hospital interns, residents, fellows, and registered nurses, tuition is $300; for meals, lodging, etc., the fee is $285.
A letter of verification from your department chair should accompany application.
Cancellation
A $50 processing fee will be retained if notice of cancellation is received after July 20, 2008. No refunds for non-cancellations.
