site is available to you to explore Colby's Dining Service. Colby,
together with Sodexho, the food contract service, offers its students
an expansive choice of food service options to meet their diverse
dietary choices.
For
those of you not familiar with our Dining Services, Colby operates
three dining halls during the school year. Each dining hall strives to create a flavor and atmosphere
all its own. Assisting them with that task is the bakeshop. All
of our breads and desserts are prepared fresh daily by the Colby
bakers.

Foss features a Euro-kitchen
that allows our customers to see their food being prepared for them.
Foss's menu features many enticing dishes created specifically with
the vegetarian student in mind. They offer vegan entrees and some
organic offerings. To accommodate the increase in students during the renovation to Roberts, the menu has been expanded to include breakfast and many comfort food entrees,
along with their usual blend of exotic dishes.

features an open food environment. This marketplace approach
to dining includes our ever-popular grill items, together with a
complementary mix of our students' favorite made-to-order foods.
Our talented chefs then balance the menu with a blend of convenience
and comfort foods and a revolving array of eclectic specialty entrees.

cash operation located in Cotter Union. It's a great place to relax,
meet friends, play pool, and enjoy the frequently scheduled entertainment.
Its extensive menu offers everything from specialty sandwiches
to our own version of the perennial student favorites--pizza, burgers,
and fries. A popular feature of the Spa is the Marchese Bluelight
Pub. The pub is located just off the ground level entrance to
the Spa and is open to all members of the Colby community and their
guests Monday through Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
the Pub is reserved for patrons 21 years of age or older.
Due to the Roberts renovation, the Spa will be offering a "Grab & Go" option for lunch, Monday through Friday. Students will have the option of using a meal credit at lunch for a pre-made, ready-to-eat meal. All that is needed is a student Colby I.D. to scan through the meal access computer.

is located in Miller Library as a convenient place to grab a quick cup of coffee or an espresso during a study break or as a "take-along" while walking across campus. Open 8 to noon, Monday through Friday, and 3-11 pm Sunday through Thursday, it is a quick but relaxing stop for students, faculty and staff alike.

the most integral part of our dining program. They supply a total
commitment to customer service and quality. We know our people are
the reason our student approval rating has remained consistently
high year after year. Our annual surveys show a 97 percent approval
rating in overall student satisfaction!

Anyone
with food restrictions or special dietary needs, should contact
the manager of the dining hall she/he frequents most often for assistance.
If allergies are a concern, Dining Services has ingredient and nutritional information available for all prepared menu items. Any of the servers can provide you with an ingredient list for any item on the daily menu.
