Men's tennis earns easy win over USM

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Zack Schuman (Watchung, N.J.) won at first singles and Nick Rosen-Wachs (Scarsdale, N.Y.) took the second singles match as the Colby College men's tennis team took a 9-0 victory over University of Southern Maine on Thursday.

Michael Johnsen (West Newton, Mass.), Matt Von Vogt (Bristol, Maine), Scott Zeller (Newton, Mass.), and Bobby Post (Essex Falls, N.J.) also won singles matches for the Mules (7-5).

Schuman teamed up with Bryan Brown for an 8-5 win at first doubles. Fuhriman and Johnsen won 8-4 at the second spot, while Rosen-Wachs and Post cruised to a 9-0 win at third doubles.

Southern Maine dropped to 4-6 this spring.
