Heidt leads Colby golfers in women's tourney
WATERVILLE, Maine --- Andrea Heidt had the best stroke score of the day with a 93 for the Mules at the Colby College Women's Invitational at Waterville Country Club on Saturday.
Whitney Roller of Bates won the tourney with a modified score of 17 to Heidt's 16 in the Stableford scoring system. However, Heidt was two shots better than Roller's 95 in stroke score. The Bowdoin College golf team had a score of 54 in a scramble format to win the men's invitational. The Polar Bears edged Colby (58) and Bates (59).
