Classes and clubs are welcome to generate funds for related expenses that may not be covered by the SGA budget process:

  • Club morale
  • Appreciation and recognition Awards
  • Refreshments at a meeting
  • Travel/Conference
  • Supplies for fundraising
Keep in mind that SGA funds cannot be used to generate additional funds for a club or organization.  Events charging a ticket price are considered a subsidized event.

If it is determined that a club does not have the expenses to facilitate a fundraiser, clubs may apply for a one time "loan" of up to $50.00 to generate additional revenue.  Any funds generated must first be used to repay the loan; anything above the loan will be deposited into the clubs discretionary account.
