Event Services for EMS scheduled events can be made with this form.  It assumes you have an EMS Event ID number that will link to an existing yet incomplete record in our CMS tracking system.

If you are not sure of the exact equipment and services you need, simply describe your event and how you would like to see it come off. We can begin the planning and then contact you to finalize arrangements.

Setup:

** Gold Shirt Service **
Selective events require the highest level of customer service from CMR. For such events, we provide Gold Shirt Service which typically employs outside professionals for sound and/or video support. In addition, a member of our CMR staff is present for most or all of the event to assist with media related services. Expenses associated with Gold Shirt Service are charged to the organizing department. A Colby cost center number is required.
