Information Technology Services supports technology on campus through its offices in Technical Training and the Language Resource Lab.  With a mission to support faculty, staff and students in their pursuit of technical innovation, the department continues to investigate emerging technologies and integrated education solutions.

Academic Support

ITS offers several facilities in support of academic courses and projects:

Course Pages A CommonSpot course page is automatically created for every course in any given semester. Instructors can use course pages to post syllibi, readings, links of interest, and homework assignments.
Course Forums In addition to course pages, instructors can request that a forum be set up for any course. Foums can be used to foster less formal, online discussions and postings. Forums are limited only to those students registered for a particular course.
Class Project Support Academic ITS also provides support for class projects. This can range from help in printing posters for class presentations to assistance in creating web pages and graphics.
Student Tutors ITS Training employs a number of student tutors that are available to provide 1-on-1 training support for faculty, staff and students on an ad hoc basis.

Contact Mel Regnell for more information on these and other services.
