Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Resources
 
Exiting Employees
  • Employees choosing to leave Colby College need to submit a written letter of resignation, either in the form of a letter or by completing this form. A copy of the document should be given to the supervisor and the original sent to the Office of Human Resources.
  • Upon receipt of a resignation document, the Office of Human Resources will contact the employee to schedule an exit interview. The employee should complete the exit interview form prior to the meeting and bring it with him/her to the meeting.
 
 
Record Retention Policy
  • Colby College has established a Record Retention Policy in response to new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure related to document and data retention.  All College personnel are required to be familiar with and to adhere to this policy.
