Spanish Department - Assistant Professor or Instructor, One Year (Position B)

(B) Assistant Professor or Instructor of Spanish, one-year, non-renewable sabbatical replacement, starting September 1, 2009. Ph.D. or advanced ABD in Spanish. Preferred Areas: Colonial or Nineteenth Century Latin American literature and culture. Applicants must have native or near-native command of Spanish and extensive experience and demonstrated excellence in language and literature teaching. Principal responsibilities include teaching 5 courses (language and literature).
