Chemistry - Part-Time Teaching Assistant

The Department of Chemistry at Colby College is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant for our General Chemistry program beginning September 1, 2008. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field. Duties include the instruction of two sections of a general chemistry laboratory for the fall semester (approximately 12 - 16 hours of prep work and teaching and grading per week). The lab program routinely uses a broad range of modern chemical instrumentation.
