Student Charges
The comprehensive fee includes tuition, room, and board. It also includes an allocation for the Student Government Association and funding for use of College health services (not including student health insurance.) This year there will be an additional $500/semester rebate for students approved to live off campus (not in College housing), or students living in Colby Gardens. In addition to the standard payment schedule by semester, monthly payment options are available through TuitionPay. Click here for more information. Late Payments - A late payment fee of 1% will be assessed for unpaid balances of $1000 or more. This fee is assessed on the first day of classes each semester, and the first business day of the month thereafter. Payments can be mailed to: Student Financial Services Statements will be mailed along with a return envelope addressed to Colby's lockbox (currently Bank of America) in Hartford, Connecticut. Please do not include any correspondence when mailing payment to the Connecticut address. Due to the high cost of processing credit card payments, the College does not accept credit cards for payment on a student account. You may however make an electronic payment from a US savings or checking account. |
