The ColbyCard Office offers Notary services to any member of the Colby community at no charge.  Please feel free to contact the card office and make an appointment to schedule this service. 

Please note the following:

1. Do NOT sign any document before you visit a Notary.
2. Signer must provide proper identification to ensure identity.
3. Signer(s) must have an understanding of what they are signing.
4. Documents to be notarized must make sense and be true.
5. Documents must be complete prior to notarization.
